Abstract:

To provide a lubricant spray device which can form a lubrication film onto a metal mold more uniformly.SOLUTION: A lubricant spray device 100 comprises a nozzle tip 140 for spraying a lubricant to a metal mold. The nozzle tip 140 comprises a slit 145 for injecting the lubricant at a tip 144, and the slit 145 comprises a wide part 146, in which a slit width becomes wider as approaching the tip, on at least a tip side. The lubricant spray device can form a lubrication film onto the metal mold more uniformly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
