Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supply device that prevents the amount of a solid lubricant scraped off by a lubricant supply roller from differing significantly depending on the positions in the longitudinal direction and makes the amount of lubricant supplied by the lubricant supply roller to a surface of an image carrier uniform over the longitudinal direction, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A solid lubricant 16b is formed, as a single component, to be scraped off differently depending on the positions in the longitudinal direction corresponding to the direction of axis of rotation of a lubricant supply roller 16a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
