PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution-free lubricant having excellent lubricating properties that can substitute conventional lubricants.
SOLUTION: This lubricant is composed of an aqueous solution comprising 1-15 mass% of sucrose, 0.001-1 mass% of an alkali metal salt of fatty acid, an antiseptic agent, an antirust agent, and the balance being water (purified water). More concretely, sodium laurate is employed as the alkali salt. As the antiseptic agent, potassium sorbate is added in an amount of 0.1-3 mass%. For the antirusting agent, benzotriazole and an alkali metal salt thereof are added in an amount of 0.1-3 mass%. The formulated aqueous solution is further subjected to a nanomizer treatment to form the lubricant.
