To provide a lubricating composition which has a silencing property together with high-temperature/high-speed durability, generating small rotational torque and having an excellent fretting property, and to provide a bearing filled with the same.

The lubricating composition comprises a base oil, a thickener and an additive, being specified as follows: the base oil (A) is a mixed oil of a synthetic hydrocarbon oil with an ester oil; the thickener (B) is contained in the composition by 5-20 wt% based on the total amount of the composition and is an aliphatic diurea compound represented by formula (1); and the additive (C) is an antioxidant composed of an amine-based antioxidant and a sulfur-containing antioxidant each formulated in an amount of 0.1-3 wt% based on the total amount of the composition excluding the amount of the antioxidant [in formula (1), R1and R3are each a 6-20C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; and R2is a 6-15C aromatic hydrocarbon group].
