The lubricating composition for a watch band comprises a hydrocarbon and/or an ether, a neutral phosphoric ester and/or a neutral phosphite, and paraffin. Based on 100 pts.mass of the total of the hydrocarbon and the ester, a content of the neutral phosphoric ester and the neutral phosphite is 0.01-1 pts.mass in total, and a content of the paraffin is 0.01-1 pts.mass.
