Abstract:
PURPOSE:To both form a lubricating device to compact size and improve lubricating performance, by integrally providing an automatic oil supply mechanism of a lubricating oil reservoir part, lubricating oil atomizer nozzle and an oil passage or the like to the casing of an air motor. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air flowing into an air supply passage 9 is partly fed into a lubricating oil reservoir part 20 from an air introducing hole 35 provided to a point tapered part 30 of an oil atomizing member 29 through an air communication hole 36 provided to a casing side to press a liquid level of lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil flows in through an oil communication hole 24 from an oil filter 25 and is fed to a lubricating oil atomizer nozzle 26. The lubricating oil forcibly fed to the nozzle 26 is blown from an injection valve 32 into an atomized oil passage 33 of the member 29 under an atomized condition and mixed with compressed air flowing in an air hole 34 to flow into the passage 9 and into a turbine wheel chamber 3 and lubricate the sliding part between a rotor 5 and rotary blade 4 and the sliding part in a point end of the blade 4.
