PURPOSE: To provide a lubricating device which can be manufactured in a simple and economical method with no demand for high accuracy and has a feeding operation which is reliable and with low sensitivity.

CONSTITUTION: An aperture 24, having a lubricant valve 23, connects a container with part 22 of a fluid passage 42 communicating with an outlet opening 7. A piston 25 of the lubricant valve 23 is movable, and the aperture 24 is sealed when the piston is in both end positions, and therebetween there is a planar portion 28 and when the piston moves, lubricant 40 is released from a container 39. A pressure fluid valve 19 is movably disposed in a pressure fluid passage 42. When pressure fluid does not flow through the fluid passage 42, the pressure fluid valve is held by a spring 38 in a position for cutting off the passage 42, and a fluid valve 29 is held in its position by a contact member 33 which can make contact with the piston 25.
