Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device structure in a lubricating device provided with a triple oil pump and its manufacturing method miniaturizing and compactifying an oil pump, shortening an oil pump attaching part size, facilitating assembly work of the oil pump, reducing assembly man-hour, simplifying a casting form of a pump case, reducing casting man-hour and reducing device cost by improving a suction part and a discharge part of the pump.
SOLUTION: The lubricating device provided with the triple oil pump is composed so that lubricant sucked in from two suction passages by rotations of three pump gears arranged side by side inside the pump case is sent out to two discharge passages. It is characterized by that outlet opening portions of the discharge passages of the pump case are embedded in a case part of an attaching apparatus of the oil pump, the outlet opening portions are opened directly in the discharge passage case part, and a suction duct part of the pump case is directly fixed to the case part.
