This lubricating film is obtained by coating a latex-like coating material containing a flaky MoS2 solid lubricant and a resin binder on a substrate, drying and blushing the applied coating material to arrange the flaky MoS2 solid lubricant in a direction, and subsequently curing the coating material with ≥60J/cm2 UV light. Thus, the lubricating film in which the resin binder is sufficient cured is formed on the substrate.
