To provide an improved device for a vacuum pump cabinet facilitating maintenance such as elimination of lubricating oil while sufficiently suppressing the operation sound of a vacuum pump.
The device for collecting the lubricating oil from the vacuum pump has the cabinet 20 for storing the vacuum pump; a first support part 76 constituted to hold the vacuum pump in a casing; a second support part 77 constituted to hold a pan 54 under the vacuum pump so that the pan 54 can be removed from the cabinet 20 without removing the vacuum pump from the cabinet 20; and the pan 54 with different depth provided with a front part having a first depth and a rear part having a second depth and constituted to receive and hold the lubricating oil from the vacuum pump.
