Abstract:
To provide a novel lubricating oil composition for a metal belt type non-stage transmission which can provide a high inter-metal friction coefficient between the belt and a pulley and can improve wear resistance at the site.
The lubricating oil composition for the metal belt type non-stage transmission is provided. A boron-containing no-ash dispersant (A) containing not less than 1.3 percent by mass of nitrogen and not less than 0.2 percent by mass of the boron content is added to a lubricating base oil in the range of 0.05-10.0 percent by mass against the total amount of the composition.
