Abstract:
To provide a lubricant composition for shock absorber capable of enhancing static friction force and reducing kinetic friction force in a slid part, and excellent in low temperature property and heat stability.SOLUTION: There is provided a lubricant composition for shock absorber containing a lubricant base oil having 100°C kinetic viscosity of 0.1 to 5.0 mm/s; 0.5 to 10.0 mass% of non-dispersion type poly(meth)acrylate-based viscosity modifier having weight average molecular weight of 30,000 to 200,000 based on total amount of composition; 0.1 to 1.0 mass% of ZDTP (zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate) of the formula (1); and 0.1 to 0.8 mass% of ZDTP of the formula (2), and having a ratio of content of the ZDTP of the formula (2) to content of the ZDTP of the formula (1) of 0.4 to 2.5, and -40°C BF viscosity of 1,500 mPa s or less.
