Abstract:
To provide a lubricating oil composition which has not only good extreme-pressure performance but also excellent rust preventive performance, thermochemical stability performance, and oxidation resistance performance, can extend the longevity of a machine by reducing the abrasion of a sliding part of the machine, and is particularly useful for a lubricating oil for a microturbine such as MGT .
The lubricating oil composition comprises at least one base oil to be selected from the group consisting of a mineral oil, a synthetic oil, and fats and oils, (A) a phosphorus compound, (B) a rust preventive, (C) an alkylphenol and/or an aromatic amine, (D) benzotriazole and/or its derivative and, if necessary, (E) an epoxy compound and the like.
