Abstract:
To provide a lubricating oil composition which is excellent in low friction property and low-temperature storage stability and is capable of retaining the initial low friction property even when contaminated with a cutting fluid.
The lubricating oil composition comprises a lubricating oil base oil containing (A) an acidic phosphate and (B) an aliphatic amine and/or a reactant between (A) the acidic phosphate and (B) the aliphatic amine, provided that the mass ratio (P/N) of phosphorus amount (P) derived from component (A) to nitrogen amount (N) derived from component (B) is 4-100.
