Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, while an operator can only confirm resupply of a required amount of lubricating oil during resupplying the lubricating oil into an internal space of a housing, a conventional turning device cannot keep the amount of the lubricating oil as required without operator's work for resupplying the lubricating oil.SOLUTION: When average driving torque Nav is not lower than a threshold value Nx during the turning operation of a second arm and an internal temperature T of a speed reduction mechanism is not lower than a high temperature side reference temperature TH, a main control part of a robot control device controls the supply amount of the lubricating oil to the internal space of the speed reduction mechanism to be increased. Besides, when the average driving torque Nav is not lower than the threshold value Nx during the turning operation of the second arm and the internal temperature T of the speed reduction mechanism is not lower than a low temperature side reference temperature TL but lower than the high temperature side reference temperature TH, the main control part of the robot control device controls the discharge amount of the lubricating oil from the internal space of the speed reduction mechanism to be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
