Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil supply mechanism for an engine, capable of improving the distribution property of lubricating oil in an oil path.SOLUTION: The lubricating oil supply mechanism for the engine includes a connecting rod bearing 4 fixed to a connecting rod 5, a crankpin 1c rotatably supported by the connecting rod bearing 4, and a communication oil path 1d formed in the crankpin 1c to supply lubricating oil between the connecting rod bearing 4 and the crankpin 1c. Between the connecting rod bearing 4 and the crankpin 1c, a chamfer part 23 is formed larger than a clearance C to communicate the communication oil path 1d with the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
