PURPOSE: To enhance weldability, pressing properties and press worked part corrosion resistance by specifying the adhesion amt. of the chromate film bonded to at least one surface of a metal sheet and the resin compsn., glass transition point and adhesion amt. of the resin film provided thereon.
CONSTITUTION: A chromate film is provided on at least the single surface of a metal sheet in an adhesion amt. of 5-200mg/m2 per the single surface in terms of metal Cr and a resin film with a glass transition point of 0-90°C composed of a resin mixture having a specific compsn. is provided thereon in an adhesion amt. per the single surface of 0.1-2g/m2. The resin film is composed of a mixture prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. of a resin A having a functional group selected from a hydroxyl group, an NCO group, a COOH group, a glycidyl group and an amino group, 5-80 pts.wt. of an organosilicon compd. B, 1-40 pts.wt. of polyolefinic wax C with an m.p. of 70-150°C and 5-40 pts.wt. of a curing agent of the resin A in the absence of an acid catalyst.
