Abstract:
To provide sufficient lubricating effect, in a structure for lubricating the lip of an oil seal interposed between a shaft and a seal case.
An annular lubricant containing plastic forming body 4 is fixed to the cover part 32 of a spring cover 3 in which a fit part 31 is pressure-fitted in a clearance between an oil seal 1 and seal case 2. In the forming body 4, the inner circumferential circle thereof is formed in a same diameter as that of the outer peripheral circle, and the inner circumferential surface is surely brought in contact with a shaft S by elastic force of a garter spring 5.
