Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication device capable of shortening a warming-up time, and capable of improving cooling performance after the completion of the warming-up.SOLUTION: In a lubrication device 10 which supplies a mixture liquid of a lubrication oil and a cooling medium to a motor 2 and a gear train 3, when the temperature of the mixture liquid is determined to be a determination temperature or higher, a flow passage switching valve 18 is switched to a prevention state for preventing the introduction of the lubrication oil to a third flow passage 17, and a second pump 13 is controlled so that a flow rate of the lubrication oil discharged from the second pump 13 becomes a normal flow rate. On the other hand, when the temperature of the mixture liquid is determined to be below the determination temperature, the flow passage switching valve 18 is switched to an introduction state in which the lubrication oil is introduced to the third flow passage 17, and the second pump 13 is controlled so that the flow rate of the lubrication oil discharged from the second pump 13 becomes more than the normal flow rate.
