Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed lubrication film forming apparatus capable of following a press machine speed by shortening a forming time of a drying film.
SOLUTION: In the lubrication film forming apparatus, in which a water based dry lubricant for cold forging is coated on the surface of a stock 1 for cold plastic working to be cold forged, a dried film of the lubricant is formed on the surface of the stock 1 for cold plastic working by drying a coated lubricant, a drying means 4 is constituted so that the lubricant is dried by blowing a low temperature wind colder than a temperature of the heated stock 1 for cold plastic working.
