To provide a lubrication structure allowing an oil seal and a cylindrical collar member to be assembled simply between a bearing opening of a case and a shaft member in a normal state capable of preventing leakage of lubricating oil, and allowing sufficient lubricating oil to be introduced to an inside hollow part of the shaft member, and a multi-stage transmission using the lubrication structure.
The lubrication structure is configured such that an outer periphery annular opening (40xo) of an oil seal (40) faces an oil opening (1x) of an inner peripheral surface of a bearing opening (1e), an inner peripheral annular opening (40xi) faces a communication hole (33x) of a cylindrical collar member (33), and an inner side elastic lip part (42i) makes elastic press contact with an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical collar member (33) to introduce lubricating oil from the inner periphery annular opening (40xi) to the communication hole (33x), wherein the cylindrical collar member (33) has a smaller outer diameter (d2) at a shaft direction inner side end (33e) as compared with a maximum outer diameter (d1), and the multi-stage transmission uses the lubrication structure.
