Abstract:
To excellently lubricate a lip seal and a drive bearing in a case of using a slide bearing as the drive bearing and a main bearing, in a scroll compressor.SOLUTION: A first lubrication flow passage 101 is provided in a main bearing attachment part of a front housing 3, and circulates refrigerant, suctioned from a suction port 14 to a crank chamber 13, to a lip chamber 100 between a main bearing 25 and a lip seal 26. A second lubrication flow passage 102 penetrates a large-diameter shaft part 22 of a rotational shaft 20 and a crank pin 23 on a drive bearing 33 side, and circulates refrigerant from the lip chamber 100 into a boss part 32 of a movable scroll member 6. A third lubrication flow passage 103 penetrates a drive bush 31, and returns refrigerant from the boss part 32 to the crank chamber 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
