A lubrication treatment agent composition contains an aqueous urethane resin (A), a polyalkylene oxide compound (B), a colloidal silica (C) and a lubricity imparting agent (D), and the glass transformation temperature of the aqueous urethane resin (A) is 25 to 70°C, the solid content of the aqueous urethane resin (A) is 60 to 90 mass%, the solid content of the polyalkylene oxide compound (B) is 10 to 40 mass%, the solid content of the colloidal silica (C) is 5 to 30 mass%, and the solid content of the lubricity imparting agent (D) is 5 to 30 mass% based on the total mass of the solid content of the aqueous urethane resin (A) and the polyalkylene oxide compound (B).
