Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a smooth and silent punching operation in a punching device.SOLUTION: A punching unit D1 includes a driven gear 57 which is engaged with a drive gear 65 rotated by a drive motor 42. The driven gear is attached to a punch member in a manner capable of being integrally rotated with the axial line as the center and relatively moved in the axial direction by inserting the punch member 40 in a center shaft hole 112 and fitting a connection pin 117 protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the punch member into a guide groove 113 in the axial direction provided in a recessed manner on the inner surface of the center shaft hole. A closed lubrication path is demarcated by recesses 115a, 115b provided in a recessed manner on both end surfaces in the axial direction of the driven gear, axial direction holes 114a, 114b penetrating the driven gear and opened in the recesses, the guide groove and thrust washers 118, 119 slidingly-contacting both end surfaces in the axial direction, and a semi-solid lubricant 120 such as grease is filled thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
