To provide a most effective luck-bringer composed using a top and a bell considered as luck-bringers and further using a shrine-gate, ringing the bell by rotating the top which is formed to stop while standing even after the end of its rotation.

This top 1 is provided with an iron spindle 2. A circular base 4 is provided for rotating the top 1 thereon, and an arm 5 is provided extending from the outside of the circular base 4 toward a position above the center of the circular base 4. A bell holder 7 is suspended from the upper end of the arm 5, and bells 8 are provided in the bell holder 7. A hanging bell 10 internally provided with a magnet 9 is suspended under the bell holder 7. A top starting base 26 is provided, and a gate 27 is provided on the other side of the starting base 26. A passage 28 for the top 1 is provided between the other side of the gate 27 and the circular base 4.
