The luggage board 16 attached to a floor 14 of a luggage compartment 10 of a vehicle includes: a plate-like body 17, and an operation piece 21 rotatable with respect to the body 17 and constituted with the same material as the body 17. The operation piece 21 is rotatable between a first state on the same plane as the body 17 and a second state allowing a hand to be inserted on the reverse surface side of the body 17 by rotating from the first state. The body 17 is formed with a hold 25 by bulging a portion adjacent to the operation piece 21 toward the obverse side of the body 17.
