Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively apply traction at a right traction angle without strongly tightening a lumbar orthosis in the lumbar traction apparatus.SOLUTION: The lumbar traction apparatus includes: upper-body holding means 7 for holding the upper body of a user by a backrest part 2; lumbar holding means 58 for holding the lumbar of the user by a seat part 1; and separation drive means 5 driving the seat part 1 and the backrest part 2 in a direction of separating from each other. The lumber holding means 58 leads and pulls adjacency of the iliac crest of a user of a lumbar orthosis 6 to the buttocks side by a wire or a belt 11 such that a part located in front of the belly part of the user of the lumber orthosis 6 is not twisted to the upper body side from a position located at the iliac crest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
