A shade 1, a main body 2 and base 3 are formed using a rope containing light storing luminophor. A metal pipe, copper wire or the like is used for a core. A socket 5 and a cord 5 are connected with an electric cord passing through the main body 2 and the base 3. As a result, a luminaire with high added value as interior funiture can be provided. Further, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing the shade, a base portion and so on related to fixing by putting in a mold with an adhesive, resin or the like when manufacturing the luminaire.
