When a body detection signal is output from a motion sensor 4, a controller 3 sets switches of a lighting circuit 2 on to turn on both of two types of light sources 1A, 1B. The feeling of brightness (value of a brightness feeling indicator) in illumination space is increased with light illuminated toward a ceiling surface S from the light source 1B. When the body detection signal is not output from the motion sensor 4, the controller 3 turns on the light source 1A with one of the switches of the lighting circuit 2 set on, and turns off the light source 1B by turning off the other switch. When there is not a person in the illumination space, energy saving is promoted by turning off the light source 1B.
