An interior fan having a lamp 15 for radiating light containing ultraviolet rays is provided with a photocatalyst layer 6 of porous photocatalyst containing photocatalyst and pigment formed in at least a part of members struck by light radiated from the lamp 15, such as a blade 13 of a fan device F or the like. The photocatalyst layer is porous so that the harmful vapor phase substances in the room are contacted with and absorbed by the photocatalyst layer 6 effectively.
