A cover unit 32 is constituted of a cover 16 covering a main body 2, having notch holes 13 and fitting metals 7 each fitted to the cover 16 at both upper and lower end sections 7a, 7c and fitted to the main body 2 at the bottom section 7b. Each fitting metal 7 is provided with a pawl 12 provided on the bottom section 7b and coupled with the notch hole 13 of the main body 2, a hinge 6 provided at the lower end section 7c and rotatably journalled to the cover 16, and a rotation regulating means for regulating the rotation of the cover 16 into pressure contact with the main body 2 at the lower portion than the pawl 12, when the cover unit 32 is fitted to the main body 2.
