Owing to the provision of a draw-out means 50 with an insertion hole 54 formed to be used for drawing out the cover 21 and a sealing means 52 for sealing the insertion hole 54, the cover 21 can be drawn out by a simple operation to draw out the cover by inserting a finger into the hole. Thus, the gap between the luminaire 10 and the ceiling surface S in which the luminaire 10 is housed can be reduced. The structure that the insertion hole 54 can be sealed makes sealing of the inside of the luminaire 10 possible and its appearance good.
