Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of curing ultraviolet curable resin in a short time by collecting ultraviolet rays radiated from an LED.SOLUTION: A luminaire for curing ultraviolet curable resin by radiating ultraviolet rays includes: an LED 5 arranged in the vicinity of one of the focal points of a predetermined ellipse; and a reflection plate 6 formed in an elliptical arc shape so as to collect the ultraviolet rays radiated from the LED 5 to the vicinity of the other focal point of the ellipse. The pair of LEDs 5 and the pair of reflections 6 are installed at the symmetrical positions so that the other focal points of the ellipse substantially coincide with each other. Thereby, out of the ultraviolet rays radiated from the LED 5, all the ultraviolet rays radiated to the reflection plate 6 are collected in the vicinity of the other focal points. And also, not only the ultraviolet rays radiated from the one LED 5 but also the ultraviolet rays radiated from the other LED 5 are also collected in the vicinity of the common focal point. Thus, the amount of ultraviolet rays radiated to the ultraviolet curable resin increases.
