PURPOSE: To decorate the surface of a shade gorgeously without using any expensive ornaments.
CONSTITUTION: Patterns 16 of varying thicknesses form figures and characters, etc., on the surface of a shade 11a, the patterns 16 having different light transmission factors. The figures and characters are projected onto the surface of the shade 11a by means of differences in the brightness of lamp light transmitted through the shade 11a.
