Abstract:
To drop a luminous reagent into a sample while the sample is being stirred, in a luminescence analyzer.
A container 32 containing the sample is housed in a holder 30. The holder 30 is rotatively driven by a stirring mechanism 112. Specifically, normal rotation drive and reverse rotation drive are repeated periodically. When the container 32 is set and a lid member 20 is closed, the holder 30 is rotatively driven, and then the reagent is dropped from a nozzle 34. Before or after this dropping, measurement of light is started. Sequence of operation can be set by a user.
