Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of preventing a light-emitting element from being exfoliated even during use under an environment where the light-emitting device is iteratively vibrated.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 100 comprises: a support substrate 40 including conductor wiring 30 on a top face; a light-emitting element 10 that is provided on a top face of the conductor wiring 30 via a joint member; and a frame body 20 disposed on the top face of the support substrate 40, the frame body 20 including a plurality of recesses on an inner side face surrounding the light-emitting element 10 proximately to the light-emitting element 10 in a view from a top side. The conductor wiring 30 includes: an immediately lower portion that is positioned directly below the light-emitting element 10; and an extension portion extending from the immediately lower portion to the inside of partial recesses 22, among the plurality of recesses 21, in the view from the top side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
