Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:1-0-[3-Hydroxy-1,3,5(10)-estratrien-17β-yl]-N-[4-[ethyl(1,2,3,4- tetrahydro-1,4-dioxo-6-phthalazinyl)amino]butyl]-β-D-glucuronamide shown by the formula I.
USE: A luminescent labelled compound for determining an estrogen compound useful for diagnosing sexual periodic state of the ovary.
PREPARATION: For example, 1-0-[3-hydroxy-1,3,5(10)estratrien-17β-yl]-β-D- glucuronic acid is reacted with 6-[(4-aminobutyl)ethylamino]-2,3-dihydro-1,4- phthalazinedione in a solvent such as DMF, etc., optionally in the presence of a condensation agent (e.g., dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, etc.,) and a reaction auxiliary (e.g., 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, etc.,) at room temperature for 16hr while stirring.
