Abstract:
The present invention addresses the issue of providing: light-emitting particles exhibiting a high quantum yield and high brightness; and a compound exhibiting a high quantum yield and high brightness in particles therein. As a result of the present invention, light-emitting particles are provided that contain particles and at least one type of compound indicated by formula (1). In the formula (1), m1 and m2 each independently indicate an integer of 0-4 and either m1 or m2 is at least 1. M indicates a semi-metal atom or a metal atom. R1, R2, and R3 each independently indicate a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group, etc. Y1 and Y2 each independently indicate a halogen atom, etc. Ar1 and Ar2 each independently indicate an aromatic ring that may have a substituent. X1 and X2 each independently indicate an aryl group, a heterocyclic group, or an amino group.
