Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, conventionally, in a device and the like such as being employed in a diaphragm mechanism of a video camera and the like displacing in a direction vertical to an optical axis of a lens to restrict a light flux of a lens, an amount of displacement of a diaphragm blade and an amount of movement of a member driving the diaphragm blade are the same, and to provide a light flux control device that makes the amount of movement of the drive member relatively small with respect to the amount of displacement of the diaphragm blade.SOLUTION: A light flux control device, which is employed in an image formation optical system, includes: one piece film-like member that restricts a light flux of a lens or gives a transmission light energy a change, in which the film-like member is arranged with the film-like member folded, and is displaced in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis of the light flux to thereby allow a shielding factor or light energy transmittance by the film-like member with respect to an effective light flux to be changed; and at least one stationary support body and at least two movable support bodies that support the film-like member, in which the two movable support bodies move along the film-like member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
