PURPOSE: To accurately measure a predetermined amt. of a lumpy and powdery article by directly connecting a product receiving part to a pipe functioning as a handle/grip provided with a movable piston.

CONSTITUTION: A product receiving part 3 is constituted of a flat plate-shaped front 4 or an arch-shaped front 5, the side walls 8, 9 connected thereto and a circular or oval bottom part and directly connected to pipe 15 functioning as a handle 4/grip 16 provided with a movable piston 17. When a lumpy and powdery article is weighed by this apparatus, the measuring amt. is regulated by the movable piston 17 and the piston is inserted into a storage container to take out the article and the excessive article is returned to the container from a ridge 14 by rotating the amount measuring device 1 and, therefore, the article can be simply and accurately measured.
