Title:
LUSTROUS SYNTHETIC RESIN EMULSION PAINT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5684764
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: The titled paint with nonadherence and normal-temperature drying property enhanced without losing original luster of a synthetic resin emulsion, which is prepared by compounding a synthetic resin emulsion with a nitrocellulose/ acrylic resin emulsion.

CONSTITUTION: 1W50wt% of nitrocellulose is dissolved in 99W50wt% of an acrylic monomer, and the resulting solution is polymerized with addition of water, an emulsifier and a polymerization initiator, to obtain a nitrocellulose/acrylic resin emulsion (A). About 1W70wt% of the emulsion (A) is mixed with about 30W 90wt% of a synthetic resin emulsion (e.g., vinyl acetate emulsion or acrylic emulsion), and, if necessary, with a pigment (C), etc., to obtain the titled emulsion.
