To provide a luxury beverage extract bag which prevents overflow of the extract when hot water is poured and can brew flavorous coffee and such.

This extract bag consists of: an approximately quadrangle extract bag 1 which is low in water permeability; a filter cloth 2 which is excellent in water permeability and is attached on the inner surface of the extract bag 1 and seals the mouth of the extract bag 1; the extract 3 sealed with the extract bag 1 and the filter cloth 2; and support sheets 4a and 4b provided on the front and back surfaces of the extract bag 1. The support sheets 4a and 4b are equipped with pull-and-raise pieces 5a and 5b which are capable of engaging with the edge of a cup, and when these are engaged with the edge of the cup, the extract bag 1 opens and turns the mouth of the extract bag 1 into a state where the filter cloth 2 is extended. Then hot water is poured from above the filter cloth 2 to brew coffee and such. The extract bag 1 is low in water permeability, so the water can contact the extract 3 suficiently, thereby obtaining flavorous coffee and such. Even when too much hot water is poured, due to the filter cloth 2 on the mouth of the extract bag 1, which is excellent in water permeability, the extract 3 does not overflow.
