Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a bather's feet to float by leaning the back rest part backward for bathing.

CONSTITUTION: A back rest part 2 is constructed to allow to be leaned backward to the position to strike a stopper. Arm rest(s) 3 is mounted on both right and left sides of the back rest part 2. When the back rest part 2 is leaned backward, arm rest(s) 3 is moved along with it. An interlocking arm is fixed on the leg rest part 5. When the back part 2 is leaned backward, the flattened leg rest part 5 is bent like a chevron. At the tip of the leg rest part 5, a gate shape foot rest 6 is set to move is in company with the leg rest part 5. When the leg rest part 5 is bent like a shevron, the horizontally positioned foot rest part 6 is risen. By hanging a bather's foot-tips to the tip of the leg rest part 6, the bather's feet do not float during bathing.
