PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-bed state monitoring system capable of performing sleeping posture determination highly reliably even when a body axis direction of a subject changes on a bed.SOLUTION: An on-bed state monitoring system monitoring an on-bed state of a subject on a bed includes: a plurality of load detectors arranged in a bed or under a leg of a bed and detecting a load by a subject; a load separation section separating a load component of vibrating corresponding to a heart beat of a subject from a load by the subject; a gravity center calculation section acquiring the position of the gravity center of heart beat of a subject based on the load component of vibrating corresponding to the heart beat of the subject; and a sleeping posture determination section determining whether the sleeping posture of a subject is a supine posture or face-down posture based on a vibration direction of the gravity center of heart beat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
