Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and inexpensively manufacturing MgB2 having superconductivity in various shapes without requiring a special apparatus.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a MgB2 superconductor is to impress a voltage by inserting electrodes in a manganese and boron solution and to thereby separate out MgB2 having superconductivity on an electrode negative.
