Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying Fc-binding protein to high purity by using cation exchange chromatography and also to provide a simple and accurate method for quantitatively determining the amount of Fc-binding protein.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by adding 0.12 mol/L - 0.18 mol/L of arginine at least to a sample solution containing Fc-binding protein for purification by cation exchange chromatography, or to a sample solution for quantitative determination of Fc-binding protein.
