Abstract:
To provide a molten Al-based plated steel sheet more excellent in processability and corrosion resistance than ever before, wherein a plated layer is not peeled off even if the steel sheet is pressed at normal temperature.
This invention relates to a molten Al-based plated steel sheet, wherein: a metal-coated layer containing an Al-based intermetallic compound having a Vickers hardness of 400 to 600 Hv is provided on a surface of the steel sheet; the metal-coated layer has at least an alloy layer containing 50 mass% or more of the Al-based intermetallic compound; and the thickness of the alloy layer is 8 to 30 μm.
