Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) measuring device capable of measuring an MTF by one time operation at an optimal focus position.SOLUTION: An MTF measuring device 1 includes: edge spreading amount measuring means 13 for measuring the number of pixels of brightness between bright sections and dark positions as the amount of edge spreading in a range of an ROI including an edge in a plurality of frames obtained by photographing a chart C with a camera 2 by moving a focus position; frame selection means 14 for selecting a frame with a measured minimum amount of edge spreading from the frames; and MTF calculation means 15 for calculating an MTF in the range of the ROI in the selected frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
