Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain a sufficient harvest by perfectly arranging and laying out a plastic sheet covering a seeded or planted land section. CONSTITUTION: The plastic sheet is a pipe with a plurality of parallel lines and areas in a longitudinal direction forming the pipe. A plurality of pipe-like cartridges are introduced on both sides of this pipe and these cartridges are extended so that the plastic folded at the free ends of them outside the plastic is stopped at a bottom. Then the pipe is provided with a detachable device for attaching to a machine in such an area where material such as soil falls and then the material is introduced to a horizontal pipe to be closed for avoiding the falling of soil at the free ends through the cartridges.
