PURPOSE: To automize the boxing operation of ampuls by comprising a ampul conveyor device, a box conveyor and positioning device, an ampul transfer device and an ampul grip device.

CONSTITUTION: The ampuls 16 continuously supplied to a conveyor device 3 are sent from a slot 18 to the next slot 18 by a pair of moving teethed members 10 mounted between a pair of fixed teethed members 9. When the ampuls 16 of the number same as that of the suction cups of the ampul moving device 5 are arranged on the device 3, the ampuls 16 are sucked by the suction cups, conveyed along the circular locus, and gripped by the ampul gripping heads of a grip device 6. The boxes are positioned by a box positioning device 4, and located just under the ampul gripping heads. The boxes are raised until the ampuls 16 gripped by the ampul gripping heads stand inside of the boxes, and then the device is switched to remain the ampuls 16 in the boxes. When the boxes have been filled with the ampuls 16, the boxes are lowered.
